Due to the current situation in the world, our company cannot make payments in foreign currency due to the sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation. Every day our team is looking for ways to solve this problem, as soon as a solution is found, all users of our service will be notified. In addition, at the moment we do not accept new releases for distribution.
In this regard, there are several ways to solve this problem:
- You can leave the current releases on our platform as soon as it becomes possible to withdraw funds – we will transfer them to you in an accessible way, even if the amount of your payment is less than the minimum amount for withdrawal, we will take the commission for the transfer on ourselves.
- You can request the transfer of releases to another partner, we will provide all the metadata for your catalog and help you solve this problem promptly. If you transfer your catalog to another partner – your account on our platform will remain active as soon as it becomes possible to withdraw funds – we will transfer them to you in an accessible way, even if the amount of your payment is less than the minimum amount for withdrawal, we will take the commission for the transfer on ourselves.
We continue to monitor the new sanctions and regulatory directives, which are currently changing on a daily basis. Note that some U.S. states as well as other governments around the world have issued or may soon issue additional regulatory directives. These regulations may be different from or in addition to those issued by the President of the United States through the Treasury Department.
